Veneers, Inlays & Crowns
Dental veneers (sometimes called porcelain veneers or dental porcelain laminates) are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size or length.

Inlays are indirect fillings that can be pre-made in a dental lab and must be permanently cemented by a dentist. Fillings are different from indirect fillings in that they are soft to begin with and set in the mouth. As opposed to an onlay (the other type of indirect filling), which sits on the tooth and builds up its shape, inlays fit into the space left after a cavity or old filling has been removed.

Crowns can restore health, strength, and beauty to your smile. All porcelain crowns provide a realistic appearance and take just a few short appointments to place. Even in cases where teeth are not damaged, crowns can be used to reshape and cosmetically alter your smile.

Natural-looking crowns can restore damaged or broken teeth. When decay or injury damages a tooth, it is important to correct the problems as soon as possible. Pain and poor appearance often accompany tooth damage.

CEREC ceramic restorations allow us to provide you with the highest quality esthetic restorations. An existing new optical scanning procedure is replacing the conventional dental impression. The CEREC Camera provides a three dimensional image of the dental preparation with an optical impression and an inlay, onlay, crown, or veneer can be generated chairside. We think that this revolutionary dental procedure will make quite an impression on you. Ceramic restorations are a perfection in dentistry.

What is Cerec 3? It is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics and is the latest in state-of-the-art dental technology. Utilizing an infrared sensor developed for Desert Storm, the camera takes a 3D image of a tooth needing a crown or large restoration. The computer precisely defines the shape of the final restoration, and within 15 minutes, robotic arms carve out a ceramic tooth restoration that can be bonded into place.

Unlike traditional dentistry, no sensitive and ill-fitting temporaries are needed, and no second appointment with Novocain is needed to glue the final tooth. It's precise, convenient, and another difference provided by All Aspects Dental Group.
